We are currently licensed in our home state of Florida, as well as in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia.

We are working to obtain licensure nationwide to better serve patients. If your state is not listed, please feel free to contact us, as we are actively pursuing licensure in all 50 states.
